Entry Requirements
The minimum entry requirement to study for a Level 3 Diploma is 4 GCSEs at grade C or above including Mathematics and/or English or equivalent, according to the requirements of the curriculum area, a Higher Diploma OR Merit grade and above at Level 2.

The minimum entry requirement to study for a Level 2 Diploma is 4 GCSEs at grade Ds or above which may include Mathematics and/or English, according to the requirements of the curriculum area, a Foundation Diploma, OR Merit grade and above at Level 1. Learners with a Pass grade will be considered subject to an additional assessment and/or supportive reference from their Personal Tutor.

The development of SMART devices is further boosted by the The Samsung Experience Academy which is the SMART hub for the delivery of qualifications to meet skills shortages in these new technologies.
This is the first Academy in the UK to provide training for SMART leading edge technologies such as Samsung’s SMART flagship products including Samsung 3D SMART TV products and hand held devices.
The programmes are designed to help learners to gain technical knowledge and practical qualifications and provide them with a greater understanding of the latest SMART device technologies.
