Cookery Junior Academy 

Are you interested in a career in catering or just enjoy cooking? Why not try our Junior Chef Academy? This is an exciting opportunity to learn professional cookery skills in our state-of-the-art, professional kitchen. All ingredients are provided and you get to take home everything you make!

Fashion Designer Academy

Come and join our fun taster course for fashion design at the Junior Academy. You will be introduced to a range of fashion design and styling techniques. You will look at designing concepts, get hands on with up-cycling a garment and discover how to be a fashion stylist. All delivered in our state of the art fashion studios.

Interactive Media and Radio Broadcast Junior Academy

Discover the exciting job roles that an interactive media producer performs. Get hands on with designing an animation, creating a radio broadcast and developing designs for advertising and interactive platforms. All taught in our state of the art studios using industry standard Apple Mac computers and Adobe Creative Suite software.

Robotics Academy

This course will give you a great introduction to the world of robotics. Learn about programming using Lego Robots.

Hair, Make-up & Nails Junior Academy

This course will introduce you to a range of hair and media make-up techniques all aimed at building your skills and introducing you to the professional skills needed to work in theatre, television and film, and photoshoots.

Business Enterprise Junior Academy

Want to run your own business? Then take this opportunity to develop your own business idea and pitch it in the dragons’ den. You can develop the true skills and qualities to be a successful entrepreneur. Market your business and prepare your business plan including the cash-flow and budgets to get your business off the ground! Face the challenges of real entrepreneurs.

Gamer Junior Academy

This is for you if you are a discerning gamer and would like to design gaming platforms, characters and environments. You will develop your drawing skills, use industry standard game engines and software and create a blog to rate and evaluate new game technology and explore the wider applications of gaming.

App Designer Academy

Would you like to be a mobile app developer? Imagine making your own app design on your SMART device. Join the Junior Academy to learn basic design and creation techniques of App production using basic graphics.

Samsung Technology Academy

The Samsung Junior Academy provides an introduction to voltage, current, resistance and power.  You will learn how to construct your own electronic devices and learn how to solder.
